This recipe will always give more than satifactory results. However, I prefer the "Easiest Biscuits Ever", mostly because it is a little less work.
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups | Flour |
| 1 Tablespoon | Baking Powder (Double Action) |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/3 Cup | lard, butter or shortening |
| 3/4 Cup | milk (whole, 2% or 1%) |
Directions:
Sift & Combine, Kneed n' Roll
Cut into 2" circles
Brush tops with melted butter or cream
Bake 8-12 Minutes @ 450F or until tops start to brown
