Hidden Sources of MSG

My notes:

Be suspicous, if you see these words:
glutamate
autolyzed
hydrolyzed
extract
concentrate
protein
sodium

Since food producers have taken to hidding MSG names, there are at least 4 classes to consider.

0) My list of MSG
1) Definitely a source of MSG
2) Possible source of MSG, either contained or created in process
3) Suspect of MSG

My List of MSG

hydrolyzed (corn,soy,wheat) protein
E325	sodium lactate

From here down I'm going on the general assumption that a flavour enhancer will mean MSG.
