Whole Wheat Honey Bran Muffins
Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/2 Cup Wheat Bran
2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ (Toasted)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 Cup Raw Honey (unpasturized)
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1-1 1/2 Cup Milk
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Blend together Honey, egs, butter and milk.
Combine both mixtures.
Fold in bran and germ.
Pour into non-stick muffin tins or mini loaf tins.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, or until toothpick tests clean.
