Use of Chloramine T as a topical disinfectant to reduce bacterial flora on the skin of mature, sea-run Atlantic salmon
studies were conducted in which 60 minute bath treatments in formalin (250 ppm), salt (3%), and Chloramine-T (15 ppm) were evaluated for efficacy against external infection caused by A. salmonicida (Cipriano et al. 1996b).
Results indicated that Chloramine-T was more effective against A. salmonicida than either salt or formalin.

Assessment Report - Inorganic Chloramine
toxicity tests on freshwater fish (juvenile chinook salmon, Oncorhynchus tshawytscha), freshwater invertebrates (Ceriodaphnia dubia and Daphnia magna) and marine invertebrates (Amphiporeia virginiana and Eohaustorius washingtonianus) were undertaken, and time-to-lethality (e.g., LT100, LT50, LT20, LT0) reference lines were determined.
Also reports avoidance levels for salmons, and death of thousands because of potable water leaks. http://www.ec.gc.ca/substances/ese/eng/psap/final/chloramines.cfm
